The Christopher Panayiotou murder trial, which is in its sixth
week in the High Court in Port Elizabeth, was delayed this morning as suspect
Sinethemba Nenembe was unavailable to attend the court proceedings.
He had to appear in another court as an accused in another murder
case where a 78-year-old PE woman, Denise Webber, from Kabega Park was robbed
and murdered.
He is one of four accused.
The alleged middleman in the Panayiotou murder trial, Luthando
Siyoni, made a brief appearance and again refused to answer any questions put
to him by Marius Stander.
