Delft police have issued a warrant of arrest for Sylvester Manewyk.
The 62-year-old is wanted in connection with a
rape case.
‘’Manewyk was arrested for the alleged rape of
a 6-year-old girl, and appeared in the Bellville Magistrates court,’’ said
Capt. FC van Wyk
Manewyk’s case was transferred to the Parow
Regional court, but he was a no-show on the 3rd of May.
‘’It is suspected that he could be in the
Delft, Bonteheuwel and Manenberg areas,’’ van Wyk added.
