A Heinz Park Teacher Shot Dead

Two unknown gunmen shot a 53 – year old Cape Town grade 6 teacher by the name of Thulani Manqoyi who died on the spot in his car at the parking lot of Heinz Park Primary School on Tuesday morning.

One of the witnesses said they heard gunshots fired and after saw two men leaving the school premises. The police have not yet established the motive behind the shooting but has asked anyone with information to come forward.

Meanwhile the Department of Education has stated that they will arrange counselling for both traumatized students and school teachers.
