Western Cape police are investigating a case of murder after a man’s body was found near the railway line in Manenberg on Thursday morning.
The police’s Wesley Twigg said the 40-year-old sustained injuries
to his face and head.
‘’ Manenberg SAPS registered a murder case for
investigation after a body of a 40-year-old man was discovered along the
railway tracks on Thursday morning. [He] was declared deceased on the scene by
medical personnel,’’ said Sergeant Wesley Twigg.
He added that the motive for the attack is unknown and no
arrests has been made as yet.
