Man's body found in District Six

Cape Town police are investigating an inquest following the body of an unidentified man’s found in District Six, on Friday morning.



The police’s FC van Wyk said the man was found in Russel Street, just after 5 o’clock

‘’This office can confirm that Cape Town Central SAPS is investigating an Inquest following the body of an unidentified adult male found in Russel Street, District Six at 5:22 this morning (Friday, 2024-01-12),’’ said Captain F.C Van Wyk.

‘’No visible gunshot wounds were found on the body. At this stage the reason for death is unknown. A post-mortem will be conducted to determine the cause of death,’’ he added.
