A 19 year old man was arrested for the possession of imitation firearm and the illegal possession of ammunition.
This comes after police members were
called to a school where they searched a student who was in possession of a
firearm.
Seargent Wesly Twigg said “The imitation firearm with eight rounds of ammunition was confiscated. He was arrested for
the possession of imitation firearm and the illegal possession of ammunition”.
He is scheduled to make appearance at the Khayelitsha Magistrate Court on
Monday.
