Magistrate Alida Theart told the accused to provide evidence of the bail amounts suggested, Magistrate Theart proceeded to R250 000 bail despite the state suggesting R200 000.

The case has been postponed to October 16 where the accused and the Stanfields are expected to appear at the Cape Town magistrate court.
