Two men are believed to have been targeted by angry residents in a Mitchells Plain community. A 34-year-old man has died whilst a second man sustained injuries on Thursday.

‘’Mitchells Plain police
registered a murder and an attempted murder cases for investigation following
an incident on Thursday 26 September 2024 in Klipspringer Street, Mitchells
Plain. A 34-year-old man was declared deceased at the scene by the medical
personnel while an adult male was transported to a nearby hospital for medical
treatment,’’ said Anelisiwe Manyana, Western Cape police spokesperson.
No arrests has been made as yet.
