Thirty-five misused government vehicles were impounded on Saturday.
This during Friday’s roadblock drivers were caught with expired trip authorities along the N2 highway near Butterworth, in the Eastern Cape.
Independent Online quotes Captain Jackson Manatha as saying that some of the drivers were caught with passengers who were not listed on their trip authorities.
The cars belonged to different government departments.
