Two sisters from Brown’s farm in Phillipi were allegedly raped by an unknown man after being followed to the older sister’s home early Monday morning.
According to Police the younger sister was knocking on the door of her older sister’s house when she was approached by an unknown man carrying a firearm.
“It is believed that the man forced the younger sister to keep on knocking and promised to shoot her if she stopped knocking,” says Nyanga police Captain Nomboxolo Sitshitshi.
Sitshitshi adds that after the man managed to enter the house, he commanded the older sister to cover herself with a blanket while he raped the younger sister and later proceeded onto the other sister.
A rape case document has been opened.
