An 18 year-old girl from Paarl, Belinda Nel, is wanted by Paarl Police after she failed to return home from a shop on 18 January 2008.
“She is of average built, has black hair and was last seen dressed in a green and white shirt, blue jeans and was carrying a black handbag,” says police spokesperson, André Traut.
