Ajax Cape Town will be looking for a win ahead of their first game back after the PSL break.
The Urban Warriors will face Cape Town rivals Santos at Athlone Stadium on today.
Ajax is the current log leaders having won their last seven games with Santos on fifth spot with only five points separating the two clubs.
MEC for Community safety Patrick Mackenzie says Cape Town is very fast becoming a soccer city.
Mackenzie says the police will be on the lookout for any disruption in the venue as it is their duty to protect.
“We want people of Cape Town to come and support their teams as we want Cape Town to be come a soccer legend city.”
