During the police’s ongoing operations for crime prevention which is conducted daily in Gugulethu.
The operation is also conducted on weekends which have resulted in a number of successes over the past weekends.
Police captain Elliot Sinyanagana said they were all arrested because people opened cases against them in the area.
This past weekend saw police arresting 35 suspects for different kinds of crimes around the area. Elliot Sinyanagana said they are appearing today in the Athlone Magistrates court
