The Democratic Alliance (DA) is convinced of an outright victory in the Western Cape. While figures are looking positive for the party, it is all speculation at this point.
The Western Cape is one of the most contested provinces in the country, and has never been out rightly taken by any party.
“The DA is looking at a very good result. We are looking at a result way over 40%, and if all our voters turned out we stand an absolute chance of having an outright majority,” said DA media liaison Coenraad Bezuidenhout.
