Three people were arrested for public violence and intimidation by the City’s Anti-Land Invasion Unit in Scottsdene, Kraaifontein yesterday.
This after the City’s Housing Directorate removed two illegal structures at Ashbury Court at midday.

A man and a woman, were injured and taken to Kraaifontein Day hospital for treatment.
Three people, believed to be those that threw the stones, were arrested on charges of public violence and intimidation and detained at the Kraaifontein Police Station.
The Unit also removed a large illegal structure in Hangberg, used by Rastafarians of surrounding areas and another 14 structures in Masiphumelele, Ocean View and one on the N7 road reserve near the Montague Gardens off-ramp.
