Cope chief whip and former Gauteng Premier Mbazima Shilowa has accused the Zuma administration of being unproductive.
Shilowa was addressing the national assembly yesterday during the debate on Zuma’s 2010 state of the nation address.
Shilowa likened Zuma’s administration as a train that stood at the same platform as it did last year, referring to his government the same as it was when it was elected in May 2009.
“Nine months down the line the Zuma train is still at the same station, at the same platform, with the same passengers and with exactly the same intentions,” argued Shilowa much to the opposition MPs liking.
Shilowa says the only difference that the ‘Zuma train’ has now is a message that it will be faster and that remains a mystery to him.
