Mitchell’s Plain police are requesting public assistance in gathering information relating to an accident that left one man dead at AZ Berman Drive, Beacon Valley on Monday.
Inspector Ian Williams says when police arrived on the scene, the driver had left the scene already.
Police were later informed that the victim was taken to Jooste Hospital, where he died.
“The victim was dressed in a blue jeans, blue shirt, grey top, grey socks and was wearing a brown belt. His identity is unknown at this stage,” said Williams.
