A 29-year-old man has been arrested for raping a female doctor at the Pelonomi Private Hospital while she was on duty.
The suspect is the third to be arrested along with his 16 and 24-year-old accomplices in connection with the assault.
It is alleged that the three men overpowered her, hit her on the head with a brick and then took her to a ward that was being renovated to rape her.
The three men will appear in the Bloemfontein Magistrate's Court tomorrow.
