Majali’s co accused to undergo mental observation

Three people co-accused of committing fraud with businessman Sandile Majali have been sent by the Specialised Commercial Crimes Court in Johannesburg.

Majali’s co accused have to undergo mental observation.

Stephan Khoza, Elvis Ndala and Haralambos Sferopoulos stand accused of attempting to illegally take over the directorship of Kalahari Resources in August.

The mining company owns a 40-percent stake in an 11-billion-Rands manganese mine in the Northern Cape.
