Seamen discover a foetus

A foetus estimated to be six months developed was found floating at the Simonsberg waterfront in Simons Town.

Captain S Knapp said,” Two seamen of the SA Navy made the discovery early this morning.”

This comes just days after a baby was found in a drain in Khayelitsha.
