About 21-thousand polling stations will be available in the upcoming local government elections.
Independent Electoral Commission chief electoral officer, Pansy Tlakula made the announcement today in Midrand.
“Voter registration will take place on the 5th and 6th of next month with a possible second round of registrations still on the cards,” Tlakula says.
She added that it is important that the voters roll is accurate and up-to-date.
