The drug known as tik is increasingly becoming a problem on the streets of Gauteng and is branching out to other provinces as well.
Police recently raided a concealed drug laboratory in Midrand and confiscated drugs with an estimated value of 30-million-Rands.
The search continues however for two Nigerian nationals who are believed to have run the lab. Makintosh Polela from the Hawks says the drug lords can easily peddle their trade anywhere in the country.
