Lusanda Bill
10 October 2011
Census 2011 officially kicks off today with more than 150-thousand enumerators going door-to-door to count everybody in South Africa.
Statistics SA says there have been no problems thus far.
Spokesperson Trevor Oosterwyk says last night officials already visited hospitals and prisons, and began counting the homeless.
The census will run until the end of this month.
