The SA Municipal Workers’ Union has called on President Zuma to bring to an end the long-drawn-out investigation into Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs Minister Sicelo Shiceka.
The union’s Tahir Sema says the Minister has been absent from work for too long.
He added that local government was in urgent need of decisive leadership.
Sema maintains that communities are suffering while Shiceka remains absent.
