Archbishop Emeritus Desmond Tutu has been discharged from hospital after he underwent a minor operation last week.
Tutu walked out of Constantiaberg Medi-clinic in Cape Town this morning.
The Desmond Tutu Peace Centre has still not said what the operation entailed.
Tutu thanked everyone who sent him flowers and get well messages over the weekend.
