The Democratic Alliance is questioning Deputy Director of Public Prosecutions appointment, this follows the resignation of Special Investigation Unit’s Willem Heath.
DA leader Helen Zille says Nomgcobo Jiba has launched several unsuccessful attacks on senior prosecutor Gerrie Nel.
Zille has also highlighted that President Jacob Zuma cannot afford any more legal challenges.
This is after the recent Supreme Court of Appeal declaring his appointment of Menzi Simelane as National Director of Public Prosecutions invalid.
