Du Noon fire leaves 100 homeless

Early this morning close to 100 Capetonians lost their homes in a wildfire at the Du Noon Informal Settlement near Milnerton.

At least 40 structures have been destroyed.

Over 100 people are currently displaced and Disaster management officials were on the scene on Saturday night lending a helping hand.

The fire victims are currently been assisted by Disaster management.
