The suspended ANC Youth League leader Julius Malema has confirmed today that he will appeal his five-year suspension.
Malema assured his supporters that he and other Legue leaders will file for their argument on 16 January.The hearing for the appeal would take place the following week .
Malema said the driving force for the appeal is based on being denied a chance to argue in lessening the sentence.
The Youth League leader said although he plans to fight his suspension from the ANC,he is ready to accept the outcome of the hearing.
