The residents have made their homes available for delegates to stay in while in the celebrations.
The Mangaung municipality spokesperson Qondile Khedama says this is an opportunity for the people to show what they have to offer.
More than 100-thousand people are expected to attend the party`s celebrations in Bloemfontein.
