The Mpumalanga Government said today that they are still counting the costs incurred during the floods last week.

The province was hit by rain and hailstorms last week that led to the death of six people.

Heavy rainfall caused flooding in and around the Kruger National Park damaging the bridges and the roads.

Government`s Simphiwe Kunene said relief work in the province is underway as well as the repairing of roads.

The weather services predicts more rain for the area on Wednesday.
