Police continue with taxi raids

The Johannesburg Metro Police Department says they will continue with their inner city raids on taxi ranks and shops.

Metro Police, the South African Police Service tactical unit and the Defence Force got hold of fake goods with a street value of R1 million at the Bree street taxi rank on Wednesday.

Edna Mamonyane of the Metro Police says  they will continue with such raids.
She continued and said that they have been receiving a lot of tip offs and they will be looking into them.
