Cape Town police are investigating the death of a young Blue Downs woman after her body was found at a mosque in the area on Monday afternoon.
Janine Philander’s body was removed from the backyard of the Tuscany Glen Mosque.
The police confirmed that an inquest docket has been opened.
The mother and sister were comforted by community members. Blue Downs resident Debby Cookson said that she felt troubled by the death of Janine.
