The Wynberg Magistrate court postponed a case against a Manenberg man accused of shooting his ex-wife’s boyfriend outside a school in Mowbray.
Rashied Moses was killed outside of St. Georges Grammar School on Tuesday following an argument.
A calm Leon Williams stepped into the dock in a packed courtroom.
The court heard that Williams allegedly got into a heated argument with his ex-wife about their children while waiting for them at the school.
The victim then intervened and three shots were fired.
William’s ex-wife said she feared for her life and took out a protection order against him.
