The Western Cape COPE leader Mbulelo Ncedana has laid charges of corruption against the COPE Leader Mosioua Lekota.

Cape Town police have confirmed that a fraud case has been opened and they are investigating.

Mosioua Lekota suspended party treasurer Hilda Ndude for alleged financial mismanagement.

Ncedana opened the case of corruption and mismanagement on Friday.

Lekota has rubbished the allegations against him.
