A light aircraft crashed in Southern Cape

A small light aircraft plunged into Brak River in the Southern Cape on Monday evening.

Two people were hospitalized with serious injuries.

Southern Cape police Spokesperson Malcom Poje said that the pilot lost control causing the plane to crash and fall down the banks of the river.

 Pojie further said the two men are in a stable condition in hospital.
