The African Christian Democratic Party says it completely supports protecting the independence of the judiciary.
However questions involving the timing and the need for an assessment of the judgments of the
Constitutional Court
are considered necessary.
Justice Minister Jeff Radebe released a discussion document yesterday on the transformation of the judicial system and the role of the judiciary in South Africa
The ACDP’s Steve Swarts says they will carefully study the document.
