Rail Summit held in Cape Town

The National Transport Ministry today said that there was a desperate need for a dramatic standardized shift for integrated commuter rail networks in South Africa.

The City of Cape Town held a rail summit today.

Officials said that the aim is to draw up a coordinated rail transport system.

All the officials attending and addressing the summit emphasized the importance of integration and coordination.
