Transport Minister welcomes 20 year jail sentence

Today the Transport Minister S'bu Ndebele welcomed the 20-year sentence that taxi driver Jacob Humphreys received.
Humphreys actions killed 10 school children.
He drove past lowered booms at the Buttskop Level Crossing last year.
This afternoon Judge Robert Henney dismissed an appeal application from Humphreys.
