A 17-year-old arrested for rape in Soweto

A 17-year-old Soweto
The teenager is alleged to have raped two of his cousins who are both 4 four-years-old.
The police’s Kay Makhubela said that the boy raped the pair on numerous occasions with the latest incident being on Friday.
Makhubela added that the teenager has been placed in a safety home and will be charged with rape.
Makhubela further said the boy will be appearing in the Protea Magistrate’s Court soon.
