Abalone poachers willing to negotiate

Today the Hawks said some of the members involved in a national abalone poaching group are willing to negotiate a plea agreement with the state.
On Thursday 24 people appeared in the Khayelitsha Regional Court .
The twenty four suspects are on trial.
The group was arrested last year with 3 policemen during an operation called Project Black Leaves.
