The African National Congress and its National Disciplinary Committee today refused to comment on Julius Malema's announcement that he was taking the ruling party to court.
The embattled ANC Youth League leader on Sunday said that he had no choice but to exercise his right to legally challenge his expulsion.
Malema was expelled for sowing divisions and bringing the party into disrepute in February this year.
The National Disciplinary Committee Appeals is yet to announce its verdict on Malema's expulsion.
