Construction worker survives fall

A construction worker is recovering in hospital after he fell from scaffolding near Brackenfell.

The man sustained serious injuries including two broken arms.

ER24’s Andre Visser said the man nearly fell five metres.

Visser added that paramedics treated the man at the scene for a suspected neck injury as well as broken bones in both arms.
