The Congress of South African Trade Unions Cosatu warned government today to return to the negotiating table to discuss the e-toll system or else they would make in unworkable.

He also spoke about the mass demonstration against e-tolling and labour broking which takes place tomorrow.
Vavi said the demonstrations were aimed at forcing government back to the negotiating table.
