A Cape Town man charged with the murder of a three-year-old Maneneberg will appear in court this morning.
He shot Faeez Wesso in the head while playing in the yard yesterday .
Police said the toddler was shot when the suspect pointed a gun at his mother.
November Filander of the police said he fled when the gun went off which killed the child instantly.
