Dingani accused of using money for personal needs

Parliament’s administrative chief Zingile Dingani is being accused of using 186-thousand-Rands of the institution’s money to build a boundary wall at his home.
It is suspected that Dingani misled Parliament about the project, but he says it had been approved.
According to the newspaper he has been ordered to repay the money in 10-thousand-Rands monthly instalments.
The newspaper reported that Dingani is paid one-point-eight-million-Rands a year.
