Equal Education takes the Minister of Basic Education to court

Equal Education has launched a court case against the Minister of Basic Education Angie Motshekga.

The organization`s co-ordinator Doron Issacs said that the papers filed in the Bhisho High Court in the Eastern Cape are aimed at improving the schools conditions.

Issacs further said pupils across the country continue to learn in schools that are in poor conditions.

Isaacs emphasized that the Minister has the power to enforce better conditions but has refused to do so for the past two years.
