Scores of people have gathered in the streets today over a water and lights dispute with the municipality.
One resident said that there is a great deal of unrest in the area in terms of service delivery and the recent increase in water, lights and service delivery costs.
The resident added that there’s a complete deadlock in terms of negotiations with the council.
