The 16-year-old who was due to appear in court yesterday for stabbing a woman to death on her farm near George, still remains in police custody in hospital.
The Police’s Malcolm Pojie said as soon as the suspect is ready, he will appear in court.
Pojie added that he will appear in absentia.
He added that case will be brought before the court and probably postponed in the 16-year-old’s absence.
The 16-year-old also attacked and stabbed the woman’s husband.
