The legal representatives of the Congress of South African Trade Unions have studied the court papers in the case brought by the Opposition to Urban Tolling Alliance against SANRAL.
Cosatu says that they will not intervene at this stage of the proceedings, but they have requested that their lawyers maintain a watching brief.
Cosatu`s Patrick Craven said that Cosatu will continue with mobilization of the masses against the implementation of the system.
Craven added that should the implementation delayed or abandoned they will not be a need for mass action.
