Security threats forces the MEC to cancel his visit

The Eastern Cape local government MEC Mlibo Qoboshiyane is determined to meet community members who had been targeted by protesters last week.
Qoboshiyane had arranged to visit the community on Saturday,but due to security threats the visit was cancelled.
Qoboshiyane had intended to visit families in the Ward 41 community at Chatty Hall in Port Elizabeth whose homes had been torched by protesters last week.
Qoboshiyane said that he plans to visit the communities this week.
The MEC added that no one will stop him from addressing the local community in the Nelson Mandela Metro.
